There's a name for it. It's called the Mental Blindspot™, and this $5 book gives you the exact playbook to help your athlete close the gap between practice and performance.

Trusted by youth athletes and their families worldwide.
This is high-performance mental training backed by evidence and real-world application.

Your athlete puts in the work. Extra reps. Extra training. Extra everything. But when the game starts, something shifts. The confidence disappears. The mistakes snowball. And the car ride home is miserable for everyone.
It's not effort. It's not talent. It's a hidden gap between how they train and how they compete, and most families never learn how to close it.
Why talented athletes underperform in competition and exactly what's happening in their head when they "freeze"
The same mental rehearsal techniques used by elite athletes, simplified so your kid can start using them this week
What to say (and what to stop saying) before, during, and after competition to build confidence instead of accidentally undermining it
How to help your athlete bounce back from errors in real time instead of spiraling through the rest of the game
Candid examples from young athletes who've used these exact tools to transform how they compete

"On the field and in the classroom, he has become a new kid. The tools he's been given can continue to be used in the future. Well worth it."

"A tremendous difference in our children's athletic performance and overall maturity. I highly recommend an investment in the mental side of athletic performance."

"Real tangible results. The care shown for your child is above and beyond."

Jazlyn Pipkins, known as Coach Jaz, is a mental performance coach and an Independent Mental Performance Center™ Licensee, certified in the Identity Forge Method™. She is also an educator, former fitness trainer, and athlete development mentor who has trained, coached, and mentored more than 1,000 athletes. As an athlete, she worked extremely hard, trained consistently, and did everything she could physically to improve. What she was missing was the mental performance coaching to handle nerves, fear, pressure, comparison, and the mental demands of competition. After an injury, she realized that mental performance training is not an option or an extra. It is a foundation of athlete development.
That realization followed her into coaching. While training athletes in the gym, Coach Jaz kept seeing talented, hardworking athletes who performed well in training but struggled to carry those skills into competition. Overthinking, fear, pressure, and low confidence held them back. She knew exactly what that felt like. It made her want to be the coach she once needed. Her mission is to help athletes compete with consistent confidence by developing the mind behind the performance, along with the body and physical skills.
Coach Jaz loves working with Mental Performance Center™ (MPC) because it gives her the community, accountability, professional development, structure, and practical tools to keep growing as a coach and to better steward her gifts and experience. Through mental performance coaching, athlete development, collegiate preparation, and partnerships with families, schools, clubs, teams, and athletic programs, she helps athletes build confidence, composure, resilience, leadership, and a strong identity. Her goal is to develop better competitors and better people beyond their sport.
For less than a sports drink, you can give your athlete the mental tools that separate confident competitors from talented kids who can't get out of their own way.
